With 30+ years in capital markets, as a Managing Director, he led $170 billion trading, syndicate, and sales desks at Citigroup, for their floating-rate division covering asset-backed securities, corporate preferred stock, and infrastructure bonds.

CFO  

Formerly Deputy Head of Global Markets at Societe Generale, she specializes in digital transformation, business strategy, and leadership in fixed income, currencies, and commodities.

CTO  

With 20+ years in IT and financial services, he leads technology strategy, systems design, and cloud solutions, having held senior roles at Broadridge, Nuveen, Merrill Lynch, and Deutsche Bank.

Director of Research  

  Finance and data professional with an MBA from Boston University, specializing in research, regulatory compliance, and control systems. At UMASS, generated data-driven insights to support institutional strategy.

A Senior Partner at WestCap Group, he previously served as CEO of i-Deal and later Ipreo Holdings until 2018. Co-founder of Carson Group, he holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Brown University.

With 15+ years in African infrastructure projects, he worked at Vale and Mitsui & Co. and currently focuses on fintech and infrastructure development as Executive Chairman at CCG Delaware Capital.

An exchange expert with 30+ years in financial markets, he has led two regulated trading venues and chaired the Securities Trading Committee at LIBA. He advises on market structures, served on FCA committee, and earned recognition for leadership, ethical AI,

and contributions to digital finance.

With 25+ years experience in financial technology business services, he has held senior product management positions in multiple successful startups, Dalcomp, iDeal, and IPREO as well as traditional organizations Thomson Financial and IHS Market. He advises on product strategy and revenue growth.
