We look for the right opportunities by researching potential deals and reviewing projects diligently. CBGM evaluates projects alongside trusted partners in an effort to deliver marketable deals.

Floating Rate

Issuers can use our platform to offer bonds and attract liquidity. Our floating rate instruments enable long-term borrowing, with coupon rates reset via a Dutch auction. An integrated liquidity facility further strengthens the structure, creating competitive pressure that drives down the interest rates issuers need to pay. 

Commercial Paper

CBGM digital infrastructure makes it easy to issue traditional commercial paper. Set the terms, allow trading and run transparent auctions to get the best price quickly.

Fixed Rate

The platform will enable issuers to list traditional fixed rate bonds on CBGM transparent system. CBGM will leverage the same digital Dutch auction consistent throughout the rest of our system.

Carbon Credit Origination

Issuers of green and sustainability-linked bonds will also have the ability to trade the associated carbon credits, creating an integrated marketplace for both debt and environmental assets.

Carbon Credit Trading

CBGM aims to ease carbon credits trading. Credits will be offered as a warrant alongside a bond or sold as free-floating credits in a centralized market. Bond buyers can move seamlessly into the carbon market, boosting liquidity and participation.
